Where are you located?
I am located in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada. I deliver within the city for $20 but do offer shipping within Canada and to the USA.
How can I request for a quote?
Need a shipping quote for your desired cat tree? Simply fill out our inquiry form and include the following info:
- Location: Your province/state and city (or nearest city) in Canada or the USA.
- Desired Model: Specify the cat tree model you're interested in.
- Custom Dimensions: If you're looking for a custom cat tree, please provide your desired measurements.

We'll provide you with an accurate shipping quote based on your specific needs.

Are Custom Cat Boxes available to Americans?
At the moment, Custom Cat Boxes are only available within Canada. This is due to the challenges that comes with shipping pet treats across the border. We are working on getting an alternative treat-less option lined up for our American customers.

Do you do custom orders?
Yes! If you are looking for a custom piece please message me with a description of what you are looking for. Please include the size you want it to be (L x W x H), your price range, as well as any of preferences you may have.
How much do your cribs cost?
Prices range anywhere from $30-5000CAD. Generally speaking, our fancier stuff starts at around $500. But most Elite Models go for on average $1500-2500CAD. Prices are listed on our website as well as on most of my social media posts.
Do you ship to Europe/Australia/Asia/ Russia/Africa?
Unfortunately, no. We would love to one day but we are not ready for a step that big.
How much is shipping in Canada for a Cat Crib?
Shipping in general is usually pretty pricey as my stuff is pretty big and heavy. That being said you are probably looking at minimum $250CAD, but I often get back quotes at $500-1000CAD depending on where you are. If you would like a quote, please let me know and provide the city you are in (or closest to), as well as the model you want (or if you are wanting custom, the dimensions of what you would order)

What colors can I get my crib in?
For the standard shag carpet, we are generally only able to find earth tones, so grays, browns, and tans. However, for the fluffy carpet you see on our Luxury and Elite models, we have lots of options. See our color choices at the top of the luxury cribs page.
How long will it take to build?
Most models only take a day or two to build. However, if you are ordering a large elite model or a new custom piece it can take up to a week sometimes longer. That being said, it will likely take longer than that because we almost always have a waitlist. We are typically booking a few months ahead. Feel free to message us and ask about the waitlist.
Is there any assembly required?
The only assembly that may be required is having to screw the beds on. We typically leave the beds off during shipping for safer travel, and because it helps keep the shipping cost down by reducing the maximum dimensions of the crib. That being said, custom models may have the odd pieces that need to be screwed together but that is something we will discuss during the building process.

What materials do you use?
Our trees are made from 2×4’s, OSB plywood, carpet and plush carpet for accents. They are held together with wood glue and screws.
I have large cats (Maine Coons/Norweigan Forest Cats) can you make the beds extra big?
Absolutely! We have sold to many Maine Coon owners over the last year. We offer Extra large beds just for them.
Will my large cats tip over a cat crib?
If you are concerned about your cat tipping over a crib, let us know and we can double up the base so that it can withstand your larger cat's weight.

USA Shipping Details

How much is shipping in the United States?
Shipping to the US is also unfortunately pretty pricey, typically starting at $500 USD. That is a "good price" for a single pallet shipment. We often however get quotes back that are around $8-1500, but it all depends on how many pallets we are shipping and the size of everything. We are in Alberta so states closer to us (California, Washington) tend to have the best rates.
Shipments over $800USD in value are subject to Customs Clearance which is around $350USD. High value Elite models' customs fees may be a bit more than this. If your order is going to be worth a lot, we will get a customs quote in advance.

Shipments under $800USD are subject to customs clearance fees of $250USD.

Pallet shipments are almost always require customs clearance at the border. Package shipments however are able to go through void of charges because they are low in value. Or Single Bed Twisted Tree model is a great option if you are wanted to save on shipping fees. Shipping on that model is generally around $70-100
- The smallest model we can ship that is void of customs fees is the Twisted Paw Perch. We can ship this model as a package, rather than a pallet. In this case there is a bit of assembly required.
Are the tariffs effecting the crib costs?
- While the updates tend to change every day, we have been hit with a tariff bill already, so unfortunately it would likely effect your load. That would be 25% of the value of the crib. This does not apply to the cost of shipping.
